About Our Company

Founded in 2005 by Lee Nichols, Assured Heating Essex has gained a vast experience within the domestic and commercial heating sector.  We have a strong team of fully trained and experienced engineers.  We believe strongly in good training which is why we also invest in apprentices who accompany our fully trained engineers.  We offer a bespoke service to meet the client’s specific heating needs using only the best heating brand’s and top quality workmanship.

We always do a great job whilst protecting our client’s property and belonging’s, giving the customer our best attention at all times when implementing the heating solutions.  We pride ourselves on being a friendly professional team who are always happy to help.  As a growing business we are serious about health and safety and is something we invest heavily in, we think it is very important for our employees to be suitably trained and competent in Health and Safety to protect themselves and the client.

Lee Nichols is the director of the company. With his determination and drive the company has gone from strength to strength and continues to grow. He is highly motivated, with exceptional multi-tasking and organisational skills. Along with all this he is also the nicest guy you will ever meet!

Steve is our office manager. With the office open 9am until 6pm Steve works hard to keep our clients and engineers happy.

Samuel Martin is a gas engineer who has been with us for 3 years. He is a very pleasant guy with an excellent manner with our customers, he will always ensure the best job is carried out at all times.

Our Workmanship

No one likes a mess, so we will prepare the working area with dust sheets to ensure that your home remains as clean as it was when we arrived.  Once that is sorted, we will pay meticulous attention to detail in installing/servicing your boiler, unvented cylinder, heating system, underfloor heating, solar heating, your heating controls, all so the system is working flawlessly.

Where we work

Assured Heating Essex is based on Widford Industrial Estate in Chelmsford, we are able to cover any property within a 20 mile radius.  The office is staffed from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday so free to visit.
